Many people who grow up in a competitive environment understand the value and effectiveness of attaining a common goal with a team. Regardless of wins and losses, all can agree that these goals could not have been met alone. Here at Quadrant Software, there is not one person on the team that does not contribute to meeting our goals.

In juggling two summer internships, I look to gather a ‘taste’ of two different professions prior to the inevitable realities of the real world that I will encounter a year from now. I have acquired two different perspectives of how the world works and how it could work. My mission – a recommendation of how government can take tips from the corporate world.
