Charles Dansereau is Quadrant Software’s
Director of Technical Operations and QA and has over 15 years of
experience managing a wide variety of technology infrastructure environments,
spanning the management of applications development, QA, and implementation
projects through 24/7/365 data center design, procurement, installation,
and operations.
Mr. Dansereau’s extensive experience includes streamlining software
development and quality processes and establishing a Corporate Operations
department. Additionally, he has introduced and deployed SCRUM
Agile Development Teams, advanced automation with Silk Test, Open Source
and company developed testing tools and performance and stress testing
with LoadRunner and Silk Performer.
With a well-deserved reputation for slashing operational costs while
simultaneously increasing efficiency and capabilities, Mr. Dansereau
is revamping Quadrant Software’s Technical Support, Quality Assurance,
and Shipping&Operations departments.
Charles Dansereau resides in No. Smithfield, RI with his wife Linda and
their 3 children, Lauren (12), Angela (10) and Brian (9). Outside
of the office he is very active in coaching his son’s soccer
and fundraising for his local parish. |
