has detailed IPO experience as well as a comprehensive acquisition
background. He also has extensive experience in the discrete manufacturing
industry, high-tech software industry, as well as building materials
wholesaling and distribution. Hutchinson is a licensed C.P.A. in the
State of Florida and has held Chief Financial and Controller positions
in his career.
As CFO, Hutchinson oversees and directs Quadrant Software's global
treasury and tax activities, financial planning, accounting policies
and practices, purchasing, long-range forecasting, and insurance activities
for the organization.
Hutchinson lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife and two daughters
and enjoys hunting and fishing.
