Steve Woodard – President and CEO
Stephen Woodard brings a wealth of Senior Executive and Management experience to Quadrant which he developed during a 20+-year career with both entrepreneurial and established technology companies in the U.S. and Internationally. Prior to joining Quadrant, Steve was President of Ultimus Inc., a leading provider of Business Process Management solutions with over 1900 customers and partners worldwide. Prior to Ultimus, he was the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Venturcom/Ardence, making significant contributions to worldwide revenue growth, the expansion of sales/OEM channels, and the creation of global partner networks that helped lead to acquisition by Citrix Systems Inc. in 2007.
Steve holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Keene State College in NH, where he has been a member of the adjunct faculty. He enjoys time with family, church and community service, fitness, all sports, and his Parson Russell Terriers.
Tracy Cirillo - VP of Finance and Administration
Tracy joined the company in 2010 as part of the new management team. Tracy has significant experience as a key member of senior management teams in strategic business and financial planning, building, managing and executing finance and operational infrastructure initiatives, and rebuilding finance teams. Prior to joining the company, Tracy served in several financial and operational positions at Kewill Systems, Plc, emed Technologies, Inc. and Thermo Electron, Inc. She has also consulted for a number of venture backed start up software companies and public companies. Tracy began her career as a certified public accountant for Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Boston. Tracy is a magna cum laude graduate of Bryant University where she earned a BA in accounting. She serves on local community boards and is a licensed soccer coach with Massachusetts Youth Soccer Program and is actively involved with the Massachusetts Special Olympics.
Bill Dowell – VP Channels & Strategic Relationships
Bill joined the company in 2011 as part of the new management team in charge of Channel Sales and Strategic Relationships. He is a senior level solution-sales professional with a focus on driving high value strategic sales to large fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining Quadrant Software, Bill spent three years positioning and selling company process changing system simulation technology for Virtutech / Wind River. Skilled in arranging complicated technology into high value solutions, his focus is positioning Quadrant Software for rapid growth by implementing and driving channel partners and strategic relationships. Along with the demonstrated track record of success as an individual contributor selling complicated solutions at Virtutech / Wind River, he brings strong OEM / direct sales and channel management experience from his work experience at both NetSilicon/Digi and Citrix.
Bill graduated in 1997 with a BS Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has two sons and enjoys traveling, building furniture and playing hockey / golf.
Dennis Sylvestre – Director of Sales
Dennis Sylvestre joined Quadrant Software in 1996 and is responsible for worldwide direct sales operations. With over 15 years of experience in software and high technology sales, Dennis is integral part of the company’s growth to over 2500 successful customers worldwide. He is a frequent IBM i speaker at national and local user groups and has worked closely with hundreds of customers to successfully implement various document management solutions.
Dennis is a native of Rochester, New York and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Human Resources from Northeastern University. Dennis resides in Foxborough, Massachusetts with his wife and three children. Dennis is an avid New England Patriots fan, in fact, he is a season ticket holder, and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
Deb Walsh - Tech Support Manager
Deb Walsh started with Quadrant Software in 1995 as a Level 1 Technical Support Representative. She was promoted to Manager in 1998. She is responsible for ensuring all Quadrant Software customers receive the highest level of support and that their questions and issues are answered quickly and accurately. Deb and her team are known in the IBM i industry for their outstanding support and knowledge of the product and platform.

Deb has lived in Massachusetts all of her life, and she currently resides in Easton. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors and enjoys camping with her husband and their 3 young sons as well as their Goldendoodle.
Dave Fiorillo - Project Manager
Dave Fiorillo joined Quadrant Software in 1992 and is responsible for development of FastFax and Formtastic. With over 18 years of experience in Quadrant Software’s daily operations, Dave moved his way into several areas of product development. Dave’s current position as a Project Manager gives him the opportunity to work in multiple areas of product development, from designing applications to programming in RPG and in C++.
Dave is a native of North Attleboro, Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Business Management from Evangel University. Dave resides in Norton, Massachusetts with his wife and three children. Dave is very involved in youth coaching in the town of Norton. He is currently the Boys Basketball Recreation Director, and also coaches’ football and basketball. When he’s not coaching, Dave enjoys trail riding in the local forests on his dirt bike and fresh water fishing.
