LaiterDirector of Technical Services Mike is Director of Technical Services. In that capacity he oversees Professional Services and Customer Education as well as Technical Support. Prior to joining Quadrant Software in 2000, Mike spent 13 years with daly.commerce. His most recent position with that company was Director of Education Services. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Management
Information Systems, Mike currently resides in Warwick, Rhode Island
with his wife Teri and their two children. He enjoys reading and travel. |
