Product Specialist

The Product Specialist reports directly to the Director of Technical Services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years experience with software implementation projects and be familiar with basic IT components such as servers, operating systems, hardware and software. Project Manager - Software Implementation

We are currently looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant/Project Manager to manage projects involving the implementation of Quadrant Software solutions for our customers. The Implementation Consultant is a key person in our document management projects, taking the lead in implementing, integrating, and configuring our solutions at customer sites and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance

Your specific duties will include creating system test plans for product releases, creation of test scripts, conducting testing, creating test data, logging defects, and signing off on product quality.
