Product Specialist

The Product Specialist reports directly to the Director of Technical Services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years experience with software implementation projects and be familiar with basic IT components such as servers, operating systems, hardware and software. Applicants with working knowledge of IBM System i platform (iSeries; AS/400) are highly desirable. Travel is required. Please review the Product Specialist job description for further details.

Project Manager - Software Implementation

We are currently looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant/Project Manager to manage projects involving the implementation of Quadrant Software solutions for our customers. This role offers a combination of technical and business analysis, interaction with cross-functional teams and a good balance between travel and down time. Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant is a key person in our document management projects, taking the lead in implementing, integrating, and configuring our solutions at customer sites and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This is a role with a great combination of technical and business skills as the Implementation Consultant will need to have a good understanding of the business processes that will take advantage of our software products.
