Quadrant Software Upgrades Professional Services Offering with Comprehensive FastFax Tune-Up One-day service optimizes & upgrades FastFax system as well as training for users & administrators TAUNTON, MA (June 2004) -- Quadrant Software, the leading developer of Electronic Document Distribution (EDD) solutions for creating, managing, and delivering inbound / outbound business documents from the iSeries enterprise, has launched a new training / optimization service for the company's FastFax customers titled "FastFax Tune-Up". The FastFax Tune-Up combines system optimization and user / administrator training into a one-day program that allows administrators to ensure that their FastFax system runs at peak efficiency while users and administrators also have the most current training available to them. "Customers typically call us looking for system optimization services and then later they'll call for user / administrator training," says Quadrant Software President Gary J. Langton. "It's more cost and time effective to combine the two into an intensive one-day offering that leverages greater ROI from both the system as well as the users and administrators." The FastFax Tune-Up combines the coordinated efforts of Quadrant Software's tech support and professional services teams and allows system upgrades, optimizations, and training to occur through a combination of on-site, remote, and online procedures. Each FastFax Tune-Up is tailored to a company's individual requirements. To promote the launch of this service, Quadrant Software will offer a free online ClickScholar class to any customer who signs up for a FastFax Tune-Up previous to July 30, 2004. ClickScholar seminars provides real-time training over the Internet so that students can improve their Formtastic, FastFax, and email solution skills on their schedule and from their own desktops.
