Live, Interactive Webcast Will Provide Tips & Techniques
To Optimize FastFax System Performance
TAUNTON, MA (July 2004) -- Quadrant Software, the
leading developer of Electronic Document Distribution (EDD) solutions
for creating, managing, and delivering inbound / outbound business
documents from the iSeries enterprise, will host a free interactive
Webcast titled "FastFax Tune-Up" on August 18, 2004 at 12:00
pm.
This one-hour webcast will offer instruction on optimizing the FastFax
system and server using live applications in a real-time environment.
Attendees will be able to use the skills they learn immediately without
any further assistance. Topics covered will include configuring and
streamlining FastFax's auto-purge functionality.

Launched in June 2004, the FastFax Tune-Up Service Package combines
optimization and user / administrator training into a one-day program

current training available to them.
The FastFax Tune-Up Service Package combines the coordinated efforts
of Quadrant Software's tech support and professional services teams
and allows system upgrades, optimizations, and training to occur through
a combination of on-site, remote, and online procedures. Each FastFax
Tune-Up is tailored to a company's individual requirements.
To promote the launch of this service, Quadrant Software will offer
a free online ClickScholar class to any customer who signs up for a
FastFax Tune-Up prior to September 30, 2004. ClickScholar seminars
provides real-time training over the Internet so that students can
improve their Formtastic, FastFax, and email solution skills on their
schedule and from their own desktops.
