TAUNTON, MA (March, 2005) -- Quadrant Software, the
award-winning developer of Electronic Document Distribution (EDD) for
IBM eServer iSeries systems, has achieved IBM ServerProven status on
its entire EDD suite including Formtastic and FastFax.
IBM ServerProven means that Quandrant Software solutions have been
enabled and are installed and running on an IBM eServer system by at
least one end-user customer.
In addition, customers who purchase ServerProven solutions on IBM eServer
can take advantage of special offers and rebates from IBM — helping
reduce their total solution cost and making the choice of an IBM eServer
easier than ever.
EDD software allows customers to automatically create and manage digital
business documents (invoices, purchase orders, etc.) that are delivered
to both customers and vendors via print, fax or email to reduce expenses,
increase productivity, and improve communication. Quadrant Software

This new designation by IBM comes amidst other big changes at Quadrant
Software. The company recently announced that it would open a new World
Headquarters on July 1, 2005, in Tampa, FL, as part of an aggressive
business expansion in the wake of an extremely successful 2004. Along
with the move to Tampa, the company intends to hire new key staff and
actively seek out new technology acquisition.
