Quadrant Software Opens Florida Offices Amid Period of Growth & Expansion

TAUNTON, MA (February 2005) -- Quadrant Software, the award-winning developer of document management solutions for Global 2000 companies, has announced that it will move its World Headquarters from Taunton, MA, to Tampa, FL, on July 1, 2005.

"Quadrant Software has been quite successful since its inception in 1990," explains Gary Langton, President. "As a result, we're expanding our offices, hiring new staff, acquiring new technology, and actively seeking new business partners. Considering our current rate of growth, innovation, and acquisition, we are making infrastructure changes to ensure our continued growth into the future."

Opening this new Headquarters is the company's first step toward expanding its investments in the Tampa Bay economy and creating new jobs in customer service, administration, product development, sales, and marketing, among other departments.

Quadrant Software, an IBM Business Partner, was founded in 1990 in New England, and was the first company to offer fully integrated faxing software for the IBM iSeries midrange computing system. Historically and in recent years, the company has won numerous industry awards for product quality and customer service.

Today, Quadrant Software offers a complete Electronic Document Distribution (EDD) solution to companies like Chevron, Abbott Laboratories, Amgen, Bacardi-Martini, Bank of America, Collins and Aikman, CVS/Pharmacare, Staples, Dean Foods, GE Capital, Western Union and Siemens.

Through EDD, companies automatically create and manage digital business documents (invoices, purchase orders, etc.) that are delivered to customers and vendors via print, fax or the email to reduce expenses, increase productivity, and improve communication. The new World Headquarters in Tampa, FL, will allow the company to make itself more accessible to customers, prospects, and partners around the world.
