Quadrant Software and Fujitsu to Host Educational Workshop for Accounts Payable

BOSTON - Quadrant Software and Fujitsu will be co-hosting a one-day, interactive workshop geared towards senior executives wishing to go paperless in their Accounts Payable department. "7 Steps to go Paperless in Accounts Payable" will take place on November 8th at the Doubletree Guest Suite Hotel Boston/Waltham.

"We designed this workshop after realizing that senior executives governing the purchase to pay process where experiencing the same types of obstacles and problems. Using our nearly twenty  years of experience in Paperless Process Management (PPM), we have created a workshop that will empower executives with the necessary tools to transition from a paper-based to an electronic office and streamline the workflow, while providing them with guidance on how to create a successful Paperless Process Management solution design," states Quadrant Software CEO and Co-founder Gary Langton.

The workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to create their own robust, and tactical implementation plan to go paperless, and arm themselves with tools that will allow them to successfully plan, execute, monitor, and control all aspects of their paperless project. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one consultation with industry experts.

Topics covered include:

  • How going paperless will improve your Accounts Payable process and help you take advantage of vendor discounts, reduce your payables cycle, and improve productivity

  • How to identify bottlenecks in your current purchasing, receiving, and payables processes

  • The 3 key tactics that you can apply to improve the processing of invoices, expenses, disbursements while increasing internal controls

  • How to reduce manual errors by 90%

  • What the 5 key characteristics are of a good plan for implementing a paperless solution

  • The best way to translate technology jargon into measurable business results

  • The 7 steps methodology to avoid common pitfalls in paperless implementations

  • The secret of calculating a detailed ROI for your paperless project.

Participants will also receive a comprehensive workbook containing all information presented; a detailed planning guide for going paperless; and a USB drive loaded with all the presentation materials.

The cost of the event is $149 per person. To register for this event or for more information, please visit www.paperlessworkshop.com.
