iSeries document management offering you may have seen elsewhere, the document
processing engine leverages the business intelligence behind your processes
(business rules, exceptions, authorization levels, etc.) to identify the type
of document being captured and the next action to be taken.
Intelligent Document Processing and Management
IntelliChief’s Document Processing Profiles (DPPs) are part of
this exclusive technology developed by Quadrant Software that manages
your document based on how your processes are setup. What type of document
(invoice, purchase order, statement, etc.) is this? What indexes are
necessary for this type of document? Should the document be routed
for approval? Who has authority to view this document? Should someone
be alerted by the incoming invoice, order, or other business document
being captured?

Processing Profiles help IntelliChief identify business rules
associated with captured documents. The screenshot above
shows a scanned Invoice and the DPP associated with it automatically
bringing up the appropriate indexes to be captured.
