Paperless Process Management Integration Details

Electronic Document Distribution Integration
When using FastFax or Formtastic for your electronic document distribution needs, there are several integration options. Our integration module will, for example, read from your customer or vendor master file to identify fax and email information and then determine the best way to handle the document transmission.  We provide APIs, development tools, and several other ways in which we can make our products seamlessly integrate with your current business applications in a way that will provide you peace of mind and ease of maintenance.

Function keys, menu options, and other commands can become part of your iSeries (AS/400) ERP screen so that your users will easily recognize document management and document distribution features without having to learn anything but only press the corresponding action they want to take with the document.

The result is your application screen showing our product options as an additional menu item, a function key, or a combination of those. The image below shows a typical screen where the user located an order and wants to display its original image. Your particular ERP screen may not look exactly like this, but the usability is the same.

Document Management and Paperless Processing Integration
When integrating IntelliChief and our full suite of PPM solutions, your users will continue working the way they have always been. The familiar application screens remain the same, but with the extra benefit of being now linked to our products, which allows them to retrieve any imaged document stored in IntelliChief’s database archive.

The integration is seamless. Function keys can be added, option commands included in the normal process flow and even additional options for no-programming or source code modification are available to ensure that you have paperless process management right there at your fingertips.
