Document Management and Imaging for Infor XA

Leveraging Infor XA With IntelliChief
IntelliChief streamlines and improves processes such as customer service, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and others by eliminating manual tasks involved with paper handling, document sorting, distributing paper documents, and chasing people for approvals. When you use XA ERP in conjunction with IntelliChief you enable the creation and capturing of key business documents electronically, and make them available directly from a users’ desktop computer and their XA application screens.
Eliminating Paper and Increasing Productivity
One of the most powerful benefits that come from integrating IntelliChief with Infor ERP XA is the ability to search for and retrieve documents directly from the ERP application screen. No more going to the archive room or looking through endless filing cabinets to find customer files. Users can now get the information they need directly from XA screens. Users know how to search for a PO in XA by using the Purchase Order Inquiry screen, and they will continue to do that as usual. But now when that PO comes up on the ERP, it will also be brought up by IntelliChief to the user’s screen showing not only the original PO that was created and faxed to a vendor but also all related documentation (original PO request, vendor acknowledgement, vendor invoice, etc.) is a mouse-click away.
Infor PowerLink Integration for ERP XA
IntelliChief tightly integrates with Infor PowerLink, providing users an easy way to store and retrieve documents without leaving their XA screens. Below are some examples of IntelliChief’s integration, showing retrieval of a Purchase Order, a Vendor Invoice and a Customer Order.
Retrieval from PO Inquiry
Quickly retrieve Purchase Orders from your XA PowerLink Purchase Order Inquiry screen by clicking on the IntelliChief icon on the toolbar. The original PO image is retrieved and displayed on your screen.

Look up Customer Orders
You can now retrieve customer orders and the order’s whole transaction history (order, acknowledgement, proof of delivery, invoice) by selecting the customer order from your Customer Orders and Quotes screen in PowerLink.

Invoice Inquiry Integration
Need to see a vendor invoice and maybe even match it against PO and Receiver? Through PowerLink’s AP Transactions screen you can simply select the invoice and click on the IntelliChief icon to see the original vendor invoice on your screen.
