Use Formtastic to Email from the iSeries

How It Works
For example, lets say you're printing 120 invoices from Formtastic. Fifty of those invoices need to go to a local laser printer and 50 to a remote network printer. But 20 of your recipients want their invoices by email. With the Email Module installed, Formtastic automatically reads the email address in the spool file, creates a PDF or TIF image of the document, and then delivers the document by email. It's that easy.

Customize Email Delivery
Formtastic can also email documents with a high degree of customization. Let's say you have seperate purchase managers handling different regions and they need copies of all the purchase orders for their region. When you print purchase orders, Formtastic will automatically create and email copies of all purchase orders within that region to the correct purchase managers.

Integrates with Any Email Server
The Formtastic Email Module connects the iSeries and any SMTP, Lotus Domino, Microsoft Exchange or Novell Groupwise mail server to email documents in TIF or PDF format.
