Adds Fax Options to Vendors and Customers

Quadrant Software products can be accessed directly from the Infor Browser display menu. In this example, a user is accessing the FastFax option in order to fax a quote to a customer.

Customer Service Management Fax Window

Infor Browser users can fax interactively from Customer Service Management or Procurement Management. This FastFax request window will pop up, allowing users to instantly change contact information, request whether a document should be faxed or emailed, and indicate whether a cover page should be included in the transmission.

Outgoing Transmission Window

Infor Browser users can also track all outgoing transmissions directly from the application window.

Customize Delivery Method by Document Type

Infor users can specify whether a certain document type should be faxed or emailed. For example, a user can specify that a certain customer receive all invoices via email, and all quotes via fax.

Infor users can also fax interactively from the iSeries side. This specific window allows Infor users to change contact information, specify whether a cover sheet should be included, as well as write the note to go in the coversheet.
