Quadrant Software is going through changes, changes that we are all very excited about. For those who have worked with us in the past, we hope that you have felt our genuine pride in our products and our dedication to providing our customers with top-notch support for our solutions. This is the formula for our success, and in my opinion the biggest reason why we have been in business for over 20 years. We would not be the successful company that we are today if it weren’t for you – our customers. In today’s world, you have to be the real deal and a step above everyone else in order to achieve, and our number one goal is to provide the highest level of customer support and quality in the solutions that we provide.
Product Planning Committee:
The Product Planning Committee within our company helps define a strategic roadmap of where we are going with our products. We meet weekly, and are currently working through a list of entries that we have stored in one of internal systems. Our goal for this committee is to feel the pulse of what our customers need, what we can provide, and what direction makes the most business sense for us to take. We are reaching out companywide for ideas and suggestions, and in 2011 you -our customers- are going to be a part of this as well. We will be creating customer forums, customer outreach programs, and HIGHLY encourage you to tell us what you want and what you need. We realize that it’s impossible to be everything to everybody, but we also realize that we CAN and MUST be the best at whatever direction we decide to take.
