BCD and Quadrant Professional Services developed a document web access solution for a wholesale distributor* to make it easier for employees and partners to access invoices, orders and other documents. The solution uses Formtastic to transform the organization's spool files into modern looking PDFs. Users get self-serve, menu-based access from browsers on any PC at any time via a customized Nexus portal.

Users can filter by date, file type and title. They can also select and download multiple files.

Datepickers make it easier to select document date ranges.

A side menu allows users to quickly view all documents or specific document types.

Formtastic-modernized forms are branded, professional looking and easy to read.
